The Blue Sea Systems 6006 is an m-Series single circuit ON-OFF battery switch designed to isolate or connect one battery to one load group. Its compact case supports surface, front panel, or rear panel mounting, making it suitable for tight marine electrical installations.

Built for demanding boat environments, the 6006 uses tin-plated copper studs for conductivity and corrosion resistance, and its one-piece terminal stud design helps prevent loosening over time. An isolating rear cover with three snap-off side pieces protects rear contacts while allowing wire access in multiple directions.

The switch is ignition protected for gasoline-powered boat installations and meets major marine electrical standards, including ABYC requirements, UL 1107, UL 1500, and SAE J1171 external ignition protection requirements.

• Battery cable terminals must be attached under the nut and lock washer and torqued to 120 in-lb, 13.56 Nm.
• Disconnect the positive battery terminal before installation.
• Turn all appliances off before switching the battery switch to OFF.
• Do not switch to OFF while the engine is running.
